Program Formulation:

A step by step program of functions and activities by various entities, including the owner/developer, consultants, government agencies, financial institutions, contractors and marketing agents will be developed for the selected scenario(s). The program results will be documented in two elements.

• A presentation of the selected scenario, in the form of a descriptive text, tabulations and three-dimensional line drawings showing the relative arrangement of various elements of the project and their relationship to the site.
• Itemized task definitions for each of the entities and disciplines involved in implementing the project and an integrated task flow diagram for the project.
