A new residential and resort community on 8,000 acres of wooded, rolling land one-half hour away from downtown Jakarta, Indonesia. The site is adjacent to a proposed regional government cultural and civic complex which our plan complements by providing residential and recreational facilities. The plan comprises a major town center surrounded by hotels, health and recreational clubs, apartments and two 36-hold golf courses. One of the golf courses serves the resort, while the other is the nucleus of a high-end private residential community. There are several smaller neighborhood centers with community support facilities -- shops, hospitals, schools and so on -- that are interconnected by open space corridors. | |||
