The first phase of a master planned community at the seashore north of the proposed new international airport in Fuzhou, China. The community, a mixture of single family houses, apartments and town homes, is oriented towards a waterway which is an enhancement of an existing ravine meandering through the community and into a proposed golf course. The single-family housing is sited at the north end of the project on cull-de-sacs reached via a loop road and leading toward a central open space spine. | |||
