A residential community of 600 dwelling units on 80 acres of hillside land overlooking the Mediterranean Sea on the beautiful Costa del Sol, Spain. The challenge was to get the yield of buildings the developer wanted while arranging the units to fit on steep hillside and offer a pleasing environment. The good relationship between buildings and space that our plan achieved has made this development famous as a design as well as an economic success.
