Master plan for an 80 acre industrial development located east of the Central Business District of Guanzhou, China, the provincial capital city, and adjacent to an existing railroad and proposed switching yard/warehouse complex. The plan calls for a range of industrial uses from small workshops to major manufacturing complexes. It also provides for a future research and development center supported by such facilities as hotels and conference centers. The plan also includes two residential complexes to house staff and workers in the industrial complex. | |||
