Master plan for development of a manufacturing and warehousing complex, encompassing 2,000.000 square feet of industrial buildings, complemented by housing for 4,000 employees, supported by educational and recreation facilities including library, reading rooms; dining rooms and cafeterias; jogging trail and sports facilities such as a soccer field, basketball and volleyball courts. Particular attention was given to the environmental quality of the development including retention of existing 200-year old trees on the site and improvement of the properties’ hillside for passive recreation. | |||
